On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB-657), which is aimed at eliminating slavery and human trafficking from product supply chains, went into effect in California. The act requires retail and manufacturing companies to disclose their efforts to ensure that their supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB-657), Rodan & Fields, LLC and each of its affiliates (together "Rodan + Fields") are committed to a work environment that is free from human trafficking and forced labor.
